Three's Company - Celebrate Friendship

Edward Moore:

Music has always played an important part in Edward’s life, having played the piano since he was 7. During this time he has been lucky enough to perform at places such as the Royal Albert Hall, the Adrian Boult Hall in the Birmingham Conservatoire and more recently at the Birmingham Hippodrome. His love of music lead him to the University of Birmingham from where he graduated after reading music and mathematics in 2005.

Closer to home Edward was the Musical Director for the Mellow Dramatics’ NODA award winning production of Godspell (2006), was assistant MD and accompanist for Goodnight Mr Tom, and played Benny Southstreet and Billy Bigelow in the company’s recent productions of “Guys and Dolls” and “Carousel”. This year has seen him complete his 15th year with The Mellows.

Over the past few years Edward has also been building his reputation as a recognised accompanist in the local area; accompanying shows, singers and groups. He has found that he really enjoys accompanying as it allows him to pursue one of his passions without the stress of performing! Edward is now enjoying his new career at Chellaston Secondary School teaching maths.
